People have a habit of eating fast food or air tight packaged food which actually increases more fat. But there are many people who prefer soups, salads and fresh green leaves despite having unhealthy foods.
But here comes the twist, people consume lots of herbs, leaves, soups, salads, raw vegetables which actually become unhealthy. Experts say that there are some deadly combinations like green soup, green salad. When these two substances play together, huge toxins can be produced in the body.
Why is the combination of soup and salad deadly?
Soups and salads do not make meals together or a balanced diet. Breakfast is a very important meal – it can either make or break your day. Lunch should be followed by carbohydrates like rice, wheat, millet or sorghum which make a perfectly balanced diet.
Nutritionist Soumya B. Hegde recommends adding souls and salads to a diet that is healthy and helps you lose weight fast. Also it is necessary to add a mixture of cereals. Broccoli soup, mushrooms help to lose weight.
However, to add some flavor to broccoli, avocado green salad, you must add a few drops of lemon juice and some black salt. And add a few pieces of cheese or soy to the salad. A well-balanced diet with the right proportions of carbohydrates, proteins and vegetables is essential in the weight loss journey to maintain a healthy lifestyle balance.
